GET IT IN WRITING!!! I had a small roof leak on my building in Ukiah and called three roofing contractors to get an estimate. All three came in between $350-450 and I went with Steve Roberts Roofing who estimated the job would be $400 and was using the proper TPO membrane that matched the existing roof.
