I was a client of Steve's for a time when I was looking for a house in Boulder. My budget was under 2m and because of that I felt like his enthusiasm was somewhat lacking and he was subtly disparaging of the neighborhoods I could afford. I ended up switching to a different realtor who was more enthusiastic about having a client at my price range.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home, selecting Steve and Joann as your Realtor team is the best decision you can make. I have bought two houses with them and sold one.
