Steve streamlined the home buying process for me. I was a first time home buyer, and Steve all but quite literally walked me through every step of the process. He helped get me set up with a lender, and made the commute multiple times from Stockbridge to Gwinnett County so we could look for my dream house. In the next 30 years, when I'm looking to upsize, I'm not going to look anywhere else. I'm coming right back to Steve!
Their agent Nick Gann is hard to get ahold of, doesn't return calls nor reply to messages, and holds houses he is selling to select individuals. I can't understand why he is allowed to do this. If this was not so, he would respond when requested like a true professional.
Steve and his team recently sold my home in McDonough and they went far and above in providing excellent customer service to my wife and I. They were able to get over asking price and worked with the buying agent and bank representatives on helping get the property to closing. I would highly recommend them for people looking to sell or buy real estate in the area.
