Horrible customer service. I went in for parts and they try to upsell me on something that I didn't even need. I'm not a fan of that. I feel like that's disrespectful to your customers. And they had me waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes. Before anybody even came out to speak to me. I know about cars, I won't be back and I would be careful doing my business in a place like this. Wish l could give this place 0 stars
The people in this Chevy Silverado dealership has nothing to do with my comment .............I'm having issues with my Chevy Silverado 2015 transmission. This truck has manufactured recall issues. I've called the Chevy manufacturers and talk to an agent and told him that they need to recall this trucks and replace the transmissions because they seem to give out way too fast.. I just had a transmission replaced last year and only 20,000 mi on it and it give out again..
This is the worst and selfish Car Deler I ever been to all they want to do is clean the park a lot they don’t care if they mess up your credit they run your credit over and over and over. They don’t give up at all but every time they run your credit you lose points and they don’t care about that, all they wanna do is take the car off the lot I was there yesterday they kept me there for three hours.
