I assumed the crew sent out were experienced and professional, however the crew at Steve Ray Plumbing did not even wear shoe coverings or lay tarps down when jetting my sewer line leaving a mess as they left. The mess left was on my carpet leading to my upstairs kitchen as well as on the wall. I was charged what I thought to be fair for the services yet I found out that the competitors charge half and the fee to camera the line is included in the jetting. Came back from Vacation to the Main sewer Stack blocked. Called Steve Ray Plumbing and they were able to fit us in. Crew was out and had the whole issue fixed within 2 hours. Really Appreciate the professionalism and clean work. Price was very fair and inline with what I expected.

I’ve been a customer of Steve Ray Plumbing for years, and they always take care of my plumbing problems, upgrades, etc. My water heater gave out, began leaking all over the floor; and Scott arrived to diagnose and fix the problem. Scott explained the issue, the solution, and the cost. Made sure to show me the changes with the new water heater, thoroughly explained everything. Unsatisfactory. Our toilet was clogged. Technician stated our toilet needed augured. We stated he have one and we already did that with our auger. He stated he has a better one. It ended up being the same type of auger. He turned on the tub because he said hot water helps with a clog. They charged $300 just to auger. It fixed the problem then, but less than a few hours later it was clogged again. I contacted them and they were going to charge an additional $150 to even pull up the toilet.
