We have a plumbing emergency with our shut of valves under our bathroom sink. I called a few companies & had to leave messages because its Friday at 4:30. Chad called me back & when I asked which company he was calling from, he rudely said "How many companies did you call?" I told him 2 & as I was handing the phone to my husband he hung up on us!
Steve Ray Plumbing charged $466.00 to replace a shower water valve cartridge which took around 30 minutes to fix. Their explanation is they charge a flat fee and a trip fee. I can possibly see them charge that much if the entire water valve for the shower had to be replaced, but not for a cartridge only replacement…
