Unsatisfactory. Our toilet was clogged. Technician stated our toilet needed augured. We stated he have one and we already did that with our auger. He stated he has a better one. It ended up being the same type of auger. He turned on the tub because he said hot water helps with a clog. They charged $300 just to auger. It fixed the problem then, but less than a few hours later it was clogged again. I contacted them and they were going to charge an additional $150 to even pull up the toilet.

After a septic inspection prior to buying our home, they were hired to replace the system. We were told our backyard would be leveled and back to normal within three months. Here we are 7 months later with multiple calls to this business and no return date to finish their work in site. Our backyard couldn’t even be used by our kiddos this summer after being told it would be. Absolutely awful customer service.
