Steve represented buyers on a listing that I had. There were a few issues that needed to be taken care of and Steve hopped right to it to ensure things went smooth. He took care of things that were not his responsibility, and he really did go above and beyond with this transaction to make sure it was a smooth deal for his clients.

My husband passed away and out of the blue I received a Rapid Delivery Urgent Rush to Addressee Extremely Important letter in the mail from Steve Ranniger touting that he is a Washington State Real Estate Agent specializing in listing and selling properties in probate. He said he goes to the courthouse every Tuesday looking up probate cases so that he may prey on people in their weakest times.
