Mistakes within the office of billing. They will say they bill but then turn in the bill to a collection agency without giving you the opportunity to pay. If you use this office, please make sure to call them if there might be a bill. Also make sure to get names and perfect notes as they tend to shift responsibility to each other. Kenia sent me to Rachael, Rachael back to Kenia, Kenia again to Dr. Feller and so on, putting up road blocks to buy a house!
I am a current patient of Dr. Feller and after my initial visit I decided to check him out before surgery. I read the only review listed and felt that I needed to respond to it. The review is over 2 years old and that receptionist no longer works for Dr. Feller. The current receptionist is a very warm and caring person as is nurse. After waiting 2 months on a wait- list to see Dr. Feller, his receptionist turned me away twice upon arrival for my appointments. The receptionist claims I did not have proper documentation, which was untrue. The receptionist was unreasonably rude and quick to turn me away without question. In 28 years of receiving healthcare from around the world, this awful experience was a first. Their unfriendly nature and unwillingness to help patients is apalling.
