Would not recommend this builder. Our 2014 home was built by them. We had to replace all the floors because of the extremely loud squeaky noises. $300 K homes have better quality floors then our multimillion dollar home. When you flush the toilets from the top floor bedroom, feels like the water will pour on your head in the living room which is very embarrassing when guests are over. Last week when our children were walking past the garage, four of the decorative stone slabs on the exterior of the house fell spontaneously!!... read more
