Steve represented one of my family members. It was an absolutely AWFUL experience! Let customers into the home by giving THE CUSTOMER the code to the lockbox while my family member was still inside sleeping!! Made my family put on their own lockbox and take their own pictures, horrible communication, never responds to emails or texts, lied about multiple things, and the list goes on.
