We contracted with them to do the River Rock HOA pool parking lot and they did a very professional job in a timely manner. Communication was excellent and the parking lot and parking space/walkway stripping look excellent!

Steve Parker Sealcoating went above and beyond to make our church building look beautiful. They painted exterior trim along the roof line, windows, and doors. They also painted our gate, which was rusting badly. They also sealed and striped our front parking lot. They worked with our schedule, worked quickly, communicated well, and were a major blessing to us. We highly recommend using them, and we will be hiring them again in the future.
Very quick to respond and very professional. We couldn't ask for a better contractor to work with. There's a reason they've been in the market for the time they have. If you need work done, you better call Steve Parker!
Steve Parker and his crew did an absolute fantastic job on our parking lot..I've used different companies in the past, Steve Parker is miles ahead of everyone else..they far exceeded my expectations..they did more than they promised and went above and beyond..I was amazed of all they did, the quality of work is superior and to top it off their prices are great...I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone...thank you Steve Parker and crew for making our parking lot look better than new!!
