On December 7, 2024 we purchased a Honda Civic Hybrid for our son. We also purchased the ‘Total Care’ package with the understanding that all repairs (except for major damages) would be covered including ‘dents, dings and scratches’. THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! I can honestly say I've never been treated like this before. Everyone was so respectful, helpful and I felt my business is appreciated. I was treated as though my patronage made a difference in the dealership. I previously called a Hyundai dealer to have car checked out, they told me make an appointment to bring it in then they said it would be at least 7 days before they could look at it.
