My sink pipes froze up during the freeze, Bob from morrets came and was able to be use augar to open and drain my sink. He was professional an d friendly, he listened to what was wrong and explained his by pl a n of action to fix my plumbing problem. Very professional
FACTS CHECK! I called a day before and I left a message in your voicemail, but I never heard back, so I called again next day around 10:00 AM. Your office told me that I should have someone coming over to my beautiful manufacture home in about 1 to 2 hours. Finally, your tech showed up around 3:45 PM and he was done around 5:40 PM. I don’t recommend this company for plumbing services. They hardly answer the phone, they send incompetent workers, they don’t guarantee their jobs and overcharge the customers. I used their service once and they took longer than they should to do the job and charge me for their time. I just gave them a second chance, and unfortunately they did it again. Awesome experience! Not only did the tech fix the issue with the furnace, but he explained what was done and why he did it. His HVAC experience was evident, and he gave myself and the tenant some good tips on preventative maintenance to keep the furnace running efficiently and cost effectively. Money well spent with these guys.
We hired Steve and crew for a really big job over the summer. They did a quality job, were quick and friendly, and even managed to finish the job a decent amount under estimate. Would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone else.
