Dr. Michel is excellent family doctor. The reason I gave a one star is because of the lab. I had a blood test and Jessica was so rude and totally unprofessional. She poked me once and decided she felt not confident to make the sample and when she called Laura so she poked me again and the was blood flowing already but Jessica who was holding tube disconnected it and said there is no blood flow. Dr. Michel is friendly, caring, and considerate in telling you what you need to know about your health. It is a comforting blend of personal and professional. I really appreciate him patiently talking through resources and strategies that could help me. He's also very communicative with needs outside of visits.
