Walked in for new glasses and never read reviews of this place before my visit. The manager didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you want glasses keep this place off your list . 😎
They got me in right away and I had great experience except for needing a stronger prescription once again, lol 😂. The eyewear technician, Lauren Lee was amazing as always, helping me pick out new frames that fit me and measuring them perfectly. Lauren is a saint 🙏, I have to stop by and get my glasses adjusted constantly because I fall asleep and roll over on them at least weekly and she never complains!!!
The staff here is very nice and willing to help out in all aspects! I went in to have my glasses adjusted/tightened and Kayla is who helped me. She made sure they were fixed before I left! I would recommend them to anyone
I greatly appreciate the services of this office. I've been coming here for years now and always get courteous service.
