My experience with Steve (and Jill too) was absolutely wonderful! He was so helpful and more importantly available to guide me through this process. Even though my wife and I have decided not to sell our property and look for a new house, I called Steve because of some other questions. We decided to do a pretty substantial remodel, however my sister owns half the house, and is not willing to put any money into the project. Steve gave us some good ideas as to what we could do to proceed. Most likely will have to contact an attorney, but he was willing to take the time with basically no real benefit for him. Much appreciated.
