Steven Lucal and his partner Lindsay Seegmiller were great. They handled the sale and purchase of our new home. I appreciate their experience and expertise throughout the process. We had some unusual situations come up during both the sale and buy process, and all was handled very professionally and they helped resolve all items to ensure a smooth closing on both transactions. We appreciated their support and guidance to closing.

Steve is an absolute dream to work with. You could not ask for a more kind, patient, and professional person to be your real estate agent. Steve assisted us with the sale of our first home and the purchase of our forever home. He advocated for us and was able to secure a better deal for us.
