Unorganized and Unprofessional to say the least! I scheduled a repair appointment over a week ago. I show up this morning to drop my vehicle off for the repair and the guy says "oh, this is a specialty part, we would need you to prepay for the part before we can order it and repair the vehicle." Then he says it will be a few day before the part comes in. THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT WHEN I WAS SCHEDULEING THE APPOINTMENT?! Idiots! What kind of sense does that make?
