You would think being Toyota Dealer they will do the best service because of how pricy they are. But you wrong they take short cuts too. Horrible service they did to my Toyota and liers too. I please avoid if possible.
Service center seems very nice and friendly people. So my rating is not based on them as they are just doing their job. This dealership charges a mandatory $175 diagnostic fee for any repair. I had a seatbelt not clicking I knew it was broke, but figured cost me a little extra and let the dealership solve it. I bought the part myself for $60 with tax and replaced it in 5 minutes. I had a very disappointing experience with Landers Toyota in Rogers. About a week after having a dash cam installed at Best Buy, multiple warning lights and front sensor alerts appeared on my Toyota. I brought the vehicle to Landers Toyota for diagnosis. They charged me an inspection fee of around 167$ and then told me it would cost more than $2,000 to repair the issue. I had specifically mentioned the light is not working. They came back telling they couldn’t find any issues. I had to then take to Christian brothers to fix the lights. The quality of the service is going down. Not seeing any value to continue paying for the premium and not getting any value out of it.
