So I just got my 2024 Rav 4 Hybrid's oil changed here under warranty. I left and about 8 miles down the road smoke was pouring from the tail pipe. I pulled over and called them. They sent a wrecker, While I was waiting I checked the dip stick and the oil mark was about 3" higher, than the HIGH mark on the stick!!!!! They must have put double the oil in it. Avoid this place at all cost! They just want to steal your money and making a quick profit of you. Hours waiting just for oil change and couldn't even do a proper alignment and wheel balancing service.
As a family we have given this dealership business since 2010, and now that we have an issue, I have asked for a free diagnosis- they have not been accommodating. Given that we have purchased 7+vehicles here, (and we have referred 5+ family members to successfully purchase a vehicle) a little more options should have been offered. Will no longer be loyal to landers. Danny did ALL he and this multi-million dollar company can possibly do.
