Literally the worst Dodge dealership I've ever been to in My Life and I've never owned anything but Mopar.... Very disappointed with service department. I pulled in with a check engine light needing it read and was told I'd have to leave my car and "it might take a day or two because their busy right now". SERIOUSLY?
Avoid. They ripped me off major. They did somewhat right their wrongs by paying my sales tax along with my wife’s. Bought a $78,000 Yukon Denali from them, next day bought a $48,000 Cummins from them. When I got home I noticed the finance paperwork said I paid $55,000 for the truck. Sale price. I triple checked to make sure it wasn’t something i was overlooking. I had my 3 year old with me and wasn’t paying much attention to the paperwork because I knew the sale price. Go see Luis! He was super helpful and easy to work with. He didn't hassle or bother us at all. This was our best buying experience ever! The rest of the staff were good also.
