The staff was amazing and were very kind and helpful. However, I waited 40 minutes to be seen by the optometrist, and he only was in the room for one minute. Did not go into detail on why he decided with my treatment, but simply told me what I needed to do and left. No explanation was given. Patient care was very subpar in my opinion. I came to go back and advocate for myself, and ask for basic information, and why things were given. You will find a very friendly staff at Sullins Eye Care Center and an extremely personable and thorough doctor in Dr. Steve Sullins! I highly recommend them!
