This is one of the worst businesses I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I took my Blazer in for a new heater core, and they broke the dashboard. They tried every excuse possible to avoid admitting their mistake, and when I insisted that Steve Keetch come out to look at the damage, he went so far as to try to convince me that I had done it.
