No integrity. Horrible financing. Unethical. Dishonest. Greedy. Don’t expect service after you buy. Expect problems. I can’t say anything positive about Tonya Pitts or Steve Jones. This place will be our of business in less then 6 months.
This place is by far the worse experience I’ve ever had as a consumer. I received a large piece of mail from Steve Jones Automotive with a scratcher on the back side that indicated I had won a $50,000 cash price. Now I’m not so gullible to just automatically fall for it, so I read the small print and the disclaimer and it did disclose that the price was basically to be determined by the staff at the facility and to be claimed in person.
