He handled my very tight turnaround time with ease and was always available for me when I had questions (and I had plenty), even when he was away from the office, which I greatly appreciated! Steve is very thorough when it comes to looking at all and the best options he can for you. If your credit is not where it should be, he will still strive to find an approval for you and work with you to ensure that what you get is going to be better for your family in everyway. Give him a chance to look at your mortgage and see what he can do for you

Our experience with Steve was horrible. Every time we had a deadline of when we needed something done, he took another two weeks before taking care or it. Our loan fell through and he didn’t tell us until two weeks after. He lost is $20,000 in grant money. He would ignore our phone calls and set up a video conferences and never show. He was so unprofessional.
