Steve is an incredible strength and conditioning coach! Over 8 weeks, he’s helped me lose 18kg of body fat with a tailored plan that was simple, effective, and easy to stick to. A couple of years ago, he also prepared me for my first amateur boxing fight, guiding me through nutrition, cardio and conditioning that played a huge role in my win.
