Don’t miss 3 appointments or they kick you out and don’t care about if you need your medicine refilled, and if they have a referral for you on order, they just won’t finish it , they will let it just stay in limbo. I just a call from Chris said my appointment and my husband appointment got cancelled because we cancelled appointment before ( I called two week ahead and cancelled one appointment). I believe that was not a reason. When i made appointment I was asked the reason of the appointment, I said no reason, Just changed PCP. I am so fortunate to have Dr. Steve Hwang as my PCP. I had a very bad experience with my previous PCP who was very rude & indifferent. Dr. Hwang is truly brilliant in diagnosing patients' illnesses. During my 1st appointment with him, he was able to tell me what is causing my erratic blood sugar problem. He provided a Blood testing instrument that can transmit my readings directly to his medical assistant. I feel so happy & comfortable that my diabetes is constantly monitored, so I can get timely advice & treatment. One wond... read more
Natomas Family Clinic has been wonderful for myself and my family. Dr. Hwang continues to go above and beyond for my healthcare.
So far I am impressed. Dr Hwang is upto date and caring, intuitive and connected to his patients.cimynucatiob through the patient portal access is read and answered by him in an above average timely manner. I like forward to making the most of these "golden years" I am embarking on by forging and cultivating an honest and informed doctor patient relationship. Staffis on the ball as well and I am grateful for their work ethic also. Recommend!
