I do not recommend using Steve Hill as agent. He did not treat me "Like a good neighbor”. In fact he treated me like dirt. I am not insured but this company but had to deal with them due to my window being broke out by one of their clients. While trying to explain the situation I was laughed and repeatedly by Mr. Hill and was never allowed to fully explain what was going on. He kept telling me it was not his department.
