Service writers too busy to contact you and provide you updates on your car or ask for authorization of service to be performed. Called dozen times between 09/05 and 09/17, not once did we receive return call. Left messages on their machine and with a young lady in the service dept. Finally got through on 09/12 and was told that they had replaced the fuel pump. Was fed a line that they had to order the part from Germany...really! really! In this day and age you ordered a part from Germany. They said the car would be delivere... read more

I dropped my Jetta off yesterday at 3pm for an oil change (I had an appointment). My husband picked me up and Chad said they would call me when my car was ready. It was pretty busy, so I waited until 5pm to call and see if my car was ready. The girl who answered the phone said the service department was too busy to take my call so she took my name and number and would have someone call me back. I called again at 5:45 (they close at 6) and got through to Chad. He said my car was done and ready to be picked up. He said he woul... read more
