Office staff is friendly even the lab at the Beckley location. The doctor and physician assistant seem to really interested in my health... it's not so rushed and they offer virtual appointments which come on handy when I have a lot of meetings at work.
No mater how many times you call they will never answer the phone. And I have to be clear the doctor is very professional but the staff is not, and sometimes they are very rude.
We have TRICARE military insurance and I called to set up an appointment. I couldn’t get an appointment they said they dont accept TRICARE. Even after I verified on the insurance portal that they were taking our insurance. I offered to pay out of pocket and they decline. Office visit was $100 but they told me the Dr has revise his policy and wont take self pay patients. Is this even a FAIR Practice?
Awesome, facility only bad thing is leavingessages and not getting retuned calls.
I’ve been waiting 5 weeks for them to renew my insulin prescription and nothing. I’ll change to an endocrinologist whose office staff is a bit more on the ball. I’m out of insulin and they don’t seem to care. The office staff is terrible! I’ve never been to a doctor who cuts off your medication!!?!?!? Also, won’t get me the insulin I NEED. they got me one that makes the doctors office money. They put me on the pump that they are partnered up with. The supplies are ridiculously expensive and they couldn’t care less.
