Dr. Fern is a very friendly & professional person that Has taken care of me for 20 plus years. He has just completed a Colonoscopy & Endoscopy on me this week & The entire staff that he has working with him made me confident that I was in the best of hands. Extremely nice & patient staff at Missouri Baptist in Sullivan, MO. Dr. Fern just transferred there from Creve Coeur, MO & I drove an hour out of my area just to follow this Dr. because I trust his judgement. As always Dr Fern and all his staffwere just great
Everything was great except for the big bruise on the back of my hand. The nurse taking off the IV catheter moved it around a little too much getting the IV off my hand.
The procedure was on time and went well. Every one was nice and professional.
The staff's professionalism, efficiency, and personal friendly interest in their patients is commendable and creates a very relaxing atmosphere that I greatly appreciate. Thank you.
