i've enlisted the services of nelson brothers plumbing on three separate occasions for various minor plumbing tasks. the first task entailed replacing an old main shutoff valve from the 1950s. santiago completed this job promptly and with minimal fuss. the next task involved substituting a tub/shower faucet. i was slightly let down by their finishing work as they had to expand the hole for the shower head pipe, which now needs patching. they also opted to use a less expensive faucet with plastic handles and rubber washers, r... read more
Our plumber, Jerome, was quite efficient and professional. We have a bunch of little ones and our 6-year old always loves to 'assist' (or in other words, talk incessantly) to anyone who does work in our house. Jerome was amazing with our children and ensured the areas he worked in were kept safe and tidy. Would highly recommend Nelson Brothers Plumbing! He was really good to work with in Colorado Springs.
