Steve arrived two hours early, then when turned away came back many hours later than planned. The original price quoted changed three times, eventually I got an invoice $70 higher than discussed in advance, and was asked to pay it on the spot. When I did so, Steve spoke to me about god and the devil for several minutes in my doorway while I tried to leave.
