This company is the worst !!!! THEY SAID I WAS DENIED! And I know I’m about to get apartment. So I asked for my consumers report and they couldn’t provide it lmaooooooo don’t do business with them they have POOR COMMUNICATION NOT PROFESSIONAL IN THE EMAILS AND DONT ANSWER PHONE CALLS.
Great company, very friendly got on the phone with them on the first call and they helped me apply with ease!
I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Their professionalism is below par.. I applied for an apartment at one of their locations, The Ridge Apartments located in Bound Brook, NJ. They were quick to respond to my interest in their unit, but after I applied they have dodged my phone calls. I received a very vague email that my application was denied with zero explanation as to why.
