Steve was the sellers agent on an FHA home I bought in Manchester. While under his watch, people broke into the house, graffitied the walls, left garbage and food, as well as using the toilet multiple times (water was off so it sat in there). He then had a contractor go in and screw the windows shut resulting in one window being broken. He never told my agent that this happened and I did not discover it until the walkthrough.
