Steve was the sellers agent on an FHA home I bought in Manchester. While under his watch, people broke into the house, graffitied the walls, left garbage and food, as well as using the toilet multiple times (water was off so it sat in there). He then had a contractor go in and screw the windows shut resulting in one window being broken. He never told my agent that this happened and I did not discover it until the walkthrough. Steve was great! He said the house would sell quickly and it did! He was always quick to communicate important info. He loves his job and it shows. He even went out of his way to help with very last minute obsticles which really helped alleviate stress. Thank you Steve and happy new year!
