Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Only one of staff was nice the white lady was races and rude she Actually she ran me off and closed the window in my face then started talk to onther staff member about me I will never go there in my life worst place ever

I wasn't promptly notified about my test results nor did I ever get a call. I had to call them myself to get my results. They didn't mention anything about risks or benefits. I felt really rushed like they just wanted to get me out of there. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They are almost always unavailable.
