Steve recently helped me both buy a new home and sell my previous home, and I’d highly recommend him to other buyers/sellers. The buying process was particularly challenging, and Steve’s experience helped me navigate from initial offer to closing on time and was particularly helpful during several negotiations throughout the process. We had a bad experience because of bad advice at a critcal point in the negotiation. There are better alternatives out there.

Steve did an amazing job guiding my wife and I in finding and purchasing our first home! The process was smooth and he found the perfect home for our budget and our needs! He was extremely helpful and patient answering all of our questions and making sure that we were comfortable and happy with our decisions.
