Steve doesn't write anything down, doesn't communicate with his employees or the homeowners, makes decisions about the project without consulting with the homeowner and doesn't place orders on time. His employees are great, but I would not recommend him to anyone. We can't afford to fix the rush jobs that were done when they were actually able to work on our house
I had a professional experience when I checked on prices and availability with this company. I get disappointed when I see reviews like Heather Watkins's.. not to put you down in any way Heather, but your 1 bad review could be killing so much business for these people.. could you have maybe talked to them and let them know how your experience was so they could make a few changes if necessary, rather than turn other people away before they even get a chance to do it right next time?
