I found the car I wanted at Bancroft motors and paid full price for the car after Steve himself assured me the car had been checked out by his mechanics I was specific when asking about all belts, hoses etc. ,being in good condition and had been replaced if needed. Just browsing, my wife and I were looking at a car. The first car was a Nissan Altima that had velcro on the sun visors to hold them up. Then there was a Chevy Malibu. The car looked ok but for some reason I didnt like it. Steve tried to tell me that this was a good car. Well it was however the tires were bald and the glove box door completely came off. Words can not explain how thankful I am for Steve Bancroft Motors. This is the best dealership that I have ever dealt with. Steve was honest from the beggining. He is not your typical sales person that blows smoke up your behind just to make a sale. Unlike the dozens of the dealerships that my husband and I went to, we did not feel judged not one time when explaining our current situation. Steve Bancroft moters-What a great experience. I never new Car buying could be so easy. The owner and all his staff where awesome, and fair!!!!! I got a good car for a fair price and best of all I got to finance in house. Thank you all so much love the new Yukon!!!!!
