The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a chiropractic office. Front desk should not violate HIPPA privacy laws by sharing personal information of patients for all to hear in lobby. They completely wasted my time, and the office was an hour’s drive away. Patients should be informed if prior authorization is required prior to treatment.
