Dr. Behrens did a wonderful job making me feel taken care of during my injury! I had a trimalleolar fracture and the surgery and recovery process was seamless.

The purpose of my visit with Dr. Steve Behrens was to get a 2nd opinion about a foot and ankle fracture I sustained about 4 months ago. The doctor I had been seeing was providing conflicting and confusing evaluations at each subsequent visit, and made me feel it's time for another opinion. Dr Berhens was knowledgeable and compassionate from the first visit to the last.My surgical experience for me felt very easy with little pain. I don't know where to begin when it comes to expressing how grateful my daughter is for having received your care and how thankful we are as parents that you were her surgeon. No one wants their children to ever require any type of surgery, but when there is no alternative, there is no second guessing who we would choose or refer for ortho.
