Steve did an outstanding job selling our Villa in Wesley Chapel in 3 Days! At first the home didn't appraisal but he used his expert negotiation skills to work through the process. We able to get very close to list price. Steve is a seasoned realtor with a wealth of knowledge and continues to keep current in the Real Estate trends. His prior career as a CPA, helps him understand complex financial aspects of selling and buying a home. I wouldn't hesitate to use Steve again!
We bought a new construction home with a large builder in Wesley Chapel & Steve helped guide us through every step of the process. He is extremely knowledgeable about new homes & has spent 22 years learning the builders & their sales agents in the area. One thing he recommends is to hire an inspector & there were a few things that were caught & the builder fixed those items before we closed.
