Top notch. Fair. Honest. Steve tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone, and told me he "didn't want to take my money" if he didn't have to. Wow. Instantly built trust. We had his service tech Dalton come out and he was kind, respectful, clearly knows his stuff, and when he left we had our problem completely taken care of. We wholeheartedly recommend these guys. He left our house less than 5 min ago and I'm already here, writing this review!!
We had an issue with our fridge during the holidays, and they were very quick and accommodating when it came to getting it fixed. Two months later, we ran into the same issue. We called them up, and within the day they were back out here. Because it was within warranty and had to come back out, they took care of the repair without charge. We appreciated that high level of customer service, and will definitely call back if one of our other appliances needs repair.
Did you realize that washing machines these days have shocks in them? I sure didn't!! Thanks to Steve Alden and his team, my washer is back to normal after having the shocks replaced. Two young, professional men came out to do the work and they cleaned up after themselves! Fantastic service, great prices. Will definitely be using them again.
Steve and the team were very easy and responsive to communicate with. Received same day diagnosis, straight forward without feeling upcharged (and was given information to easily complete warranty claim with LG without me even asking about it). It was late in the day and couldn't handle the job since it was a larger project but got put on for first thing in the morning service next day. Crew was professional and friendly, getting the job done without issues. Repair was for an LG Refrigerator (compressor died).
I reached out to Steven he came out the same day to look at my Kenmore dryer that had stopped working. He was very professional and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He fixed my dryer in 20 minutes tops and didn't break my bank. I appreciated his kind humor. 10 out of 10 Would recommend and use him again! Thank you Steven!
