This practice refused to renew a minor prescription cream and instead required an appointment . The office staff wouldn’t work with me on short notice , even though I had been a patient for years .
Obsoletely, horrendous experience with doctor's office manager and a doctor himself. Rudeness, unprofessional attitude, don't care a patient, don't look or read patient charts and history. Overcharge and overbill with no explanation whatsoever.
Dr. Wang is very thorough re his explanation of the diagnosis..
Dr. Lester is efficient, thorough and works well with insurers.
I saw Dr. Greenstein in Beverly, MA and was VERY impressed with the visit. He was incredibly considerate, patient, and was sure to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. For anyone looking for dermatologist help, Dr. Greenstein would be a confident direction to pursue.
Saw Dr. Greenstein for spot of squamous cell carcinoma which he said could be treated with liquid nitrogen. Big mistake! Saw another doctor and will be having Mohs surgery. Had a spot on my leg treated with liquid nitrogen which Dr. Greenstein said was harmless and it has not healed well at all. Sorry to say that I would not recommend him.
I have been seeing Dr.Greenstein virtually during Covid and I couldn’t be more impressed! Dr. Greenstein is through and amazingly prompt at getting back to you. I highly recommend him.
Patient of over a decade with chronic issues. He’s been very helpful overall but he’s rushed, more so now than a decade ago, his office staff can be less than easy to work with and their billing department is atrocious.
Excellent! I would not see anyone else- ever! Dr. J communicates and is kind and caring and efficient. He knows his stuff! I have been going to him for 15 yrs.
