All the barbers are wonderful and friendly. Maria and Jennifer have been very patient and kind to my son since he was 1.5 and while he was unable/unwilling to tolerate the buzzer. They continued to talk to him and show him that it is safe. Eventually he came around but I appreciate their patience and understanding.
I bring my 3 year old son here who used to hate haircuts but now it’s the only place he’ll go! Yuri is so patient and encouraging with him, my son is no longer scared to get haircuts because of him.
What's the point of making an appointment if you're not going to honor it? We arrived early for our appointment and then were told, "Oh we're busy today" and had to wait for the current haircut and 2 additional customers after that before our turn, so basically another hour. What a waste of time.
Jennifer is the best. Cuts my son and daughter's hair. Been coming for years.
