I am renting on of the townhomes and I had no problems. David S. and the staff was courteous and solved everything we've asked for. I'm giving 4* because of the quality of some parts of the house like flooring. Overall, it's a great place to live and enjoy!
I had the pleasure of working with David and his team on several diff projects - Very easy to work with, honest and reliable! I continue to recommend to family and friends!
My experience with Steuer & Associates was stellar in every way! Even building a home during a pandemic, David and team did everything they could to mitigate all of the issues. Yes cabinets, flooring and even electrical supplies were in short supply, but the company used all of their resources to get us into our home and finish on time. There's no doubt in my mind that I would use Steuer & Associates again. But for now.... I'm just going to enjoy my beautiful home!
