Upon moving into condo , home was not ready for rental , had to pay for cleaning out of pocket , maintenance was a joke , and response time was horrible , home had pungent smells of cat urine , and bathrooms were filthy all items identified on move in check list . I am renting on of the townhomes and I had no problems. David S. and the staff was courteous and solved everything we've asked for. I'm giving 4* because of the quality of some parts of the house like flooring. Overall, it's a great place to live and enjoy!
I had the pleasure of working with David and his team on several diff projects - Very easy to work with, honest and reliable! I continue to recommend to family and friends!
