I have been a patient of Dr. Steude's since I was 15 years old. I first started seeing him because of severe anxiety and depression. After prescribing medication and talk therapy to get my anxiety under control, Dr. Steude taught me the necessary tools I need to live a healthier, happier life. DR. STEUDE AND STAFF ARE MORE INTERESTED IN GETTING THEIR MONEY THAN HELPING THE PATIENT. HIS FEES ARE OUTRAGEOUS AND YOU GET VERY LITTLE IN RETURN. HE DID NOT HELP ME AND HIS STAFF IS RUDE. AFTER THREE VISITS I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I've already been recommending them to all my friends and family. I don't think there's a better psychiatrist out there. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I didn't wait long at all. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They never encouraged any of my negative behavior, and gave me plenty of helpful solutions for what I was going through.
