Purchased my pre-owned vehicle from Stetson this fall and was very happy with the entire process. Travelled from out of town and my salesman managed everything to make sure the purchase was completed quickly and without issues. Seamless trade in and left in my new SUV. The absolute worst mechanic shop , turbo started acting up at 120k my warranty covered till 145k not once did they recommend me replace the turbo but constantly wanted by to trouble shoot and charge me for diagnosing asked for a quote on the turbo they said 3000.00 which is a slap in the face just paid 450 for diagnosing for the 10x time they were also to fix my gas pump as it was recalled I even signed that they did the work Contacted the main GM they also did nothing they said multiple codes were flashing Went to valley fl... read more
My car was inoperable. I had it towed to the dealership. I had also to catch a flight on the same day at Calgary airport. Tessa was amazing to help me with the vehicle. She was so kind and friendly in dealing with my urgency. I got my vehicle working (electrical problem) within hours. I made my flight! Had the pleasure of taking my Corvette to the Stetson GM dealership in Drayton Valley for warranty work. Speaking initially with Tessa I was able to quickly set up an appointment. When I arrived at the dealership yesterday Heather became my go to Service Advisor. She was friendly and thorough with the details on the warranty work.
