DO NOT USE FOR SHIPPING!!! We were convinced by Will Sandherr, their shipping manager to trust them to ship our booth home. We turned it over to him and followed his instructions and when it got lost their response was “sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” Advice- Although they are very convincing and it would make the shipping process easier, save yourself their fee and handle your shipping yourself so you still have a booth. We lost $4,000+ and will never do it again.
