My a/c is not doing well in this heat, went here to get a/c checked,on my 24 wrangler, service dept overloaded, not enough mechanics in shop, can't check it, have to bring it back in a week, crappy service dept, won't come back here again

I've had a few bad experiences in the past at dealerships when doing routine maintenance. So much so that I started going to smaller mechanic shops. I always take care of my vehicles and I know a little bit about cars and how they work. Giambalvo was recommended to me for the inspection/emissions on my 2022 Dodge Charger. I called to make an appointment for a recall. I waited for about 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone. When they finally answered they put me hold again and after 15 more minutes they still didn’t pick back up. Finally someone picked up and asked how I can I direct your call. I said I been on hold for 30 minutes, I’m just trying to make an appointment for a recall. She said let me email them, I said aren’t you in the same building?
