Great service and didn't have to wait weeks to get on their schedule!
Always great service and knowledgeable employees.
I took my ram 3500 to them to find out what was wrong with it, they told me it was the lifters and I asked if they were sure and they said yes so I told them to fix it. They called me and said it was fixed, I went to pick it up and it sounded worse than when I took it in. They said they would fix it and it's still not fixed but I had to pay them. They gave my truck back with the dipstick not attached and leaking oil. I definitely do not recommend them to fix any vehicle.
Recommend for speedy service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only reason 4 stars is based on attention to detail. The Tech's initial diagnosis on battery issue for Pacifica, required me to insist they do a full diagnostic in order to find the issue. If I had gone with their initial diagnosis of "charge the battery" (which I had already done) the bad cell in the battery would not have been discovered. Also, when they flashed the computer to update after the battery install, they missed that the A/C settings were not working p... read more
