We love that they come and pick up our vehicle for service! It’s so nice to be able to wait at home rather than in a lobby. Everyone is very friendly, and I appreciate that Don takes the time to explain what needs to be done.
Don and staff was super friendly and very helpful with getting our vehicles in for tires and other stuff need for safety. Very fast, understanding of our situation and love that they will come and pick up your vehicle and drop it off. They called before work was done to tell what exactly was needed and how much. Thank you!!
They fought for the job since I had a better price and then treated my daughter like crap when she came in to get her vehicle and flat out told her not to come back if she ever had any issues! I will NOT go back! I told them what we "thought" the problem could be. then they diagnosed the same problem and then replaced that part which didnt fix the problem then griped about it. I took it to a mechanic for a reason! wont ever go back or recommend them to anyone!
Professional and really in touch with people! I was impressed the moment that I walked in the door at Sternquist Garage & Tire. The shop is clean and well cared for, and it is obvious that Don and the guys take pride in the business. I was in town from out of state for a family funeral when I got a flat tire. They were completely understanding of my very untimely fix. I am deeply grateful for how quickly they got me on the road again with a smile and their kind words.
