Placed an order and have been trying to communicate with them through phone and email for a couple of days with no luck. I ended up reaching out to SEI directly and they were incredibly helpful. I recommend going right to the source.

Dont waste your time and money with this company. I have been trying to return something I give up they don't respond to emails extremely hard to get them on the phone they where suppose to send info to ship the item back.

AGAIN!!! DONT DO IT!!!! I didnt read the review... no one pics up the phone or answers emails.. $1200.. mistake, parts are fabricated in China and are part of Woo commerce... Sterndrive replacement is a front for Chinese manufacturing, I received a bill from my bank for international payment fee after my purchase. THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY !!!!!

DON'T DO IT!! DON'T BUY BUY FROM THIS FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY! I bought a part that didn't work and now I can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone or respond to emails, to get a "return authorization number"! What a croc.
