Switched to Dr Sternberger when my long time Doctor retired. My 1st appointment was over 3 hours long! Most of the time listening to what I’m assuming is his office manager talking down to another staff member and being rude to patients. My next appointment was not much better ( after they changed the appointment and I left work an hour early to be there) I waited 2 hours and still hadn’t seen the doctor! Needless to say I left, and won’t be going back. My time is precious and I also don’t need to hear all that negative talk... read more

My mother is a resident at St. Joseph’s Manor. She is in pain and suffering with nausea. Doc never shows up. Do not let your mother or loved one in that place. It is horrible. Sternberger admitted the staffing is poor. Training new nurses and then they leave. Staff shortages and he is running the place and people are suffering. We have family there always and can’t get help for my mother I feel sorry for the other patients with no family nearby.
